I would advise contacting me at least 3 – 8 MONTHS ahead of your wedding date. Although having said all that if you’ve left it a little late and have only just found your ideal dress then there’s no harm in giving me a call to check my availability, I will always try and fit you in if I can to make sure your dress fits like it should.
In very busy times it can take around 8 – 12 weeks to complete any alterations, depending on the intricate details in your dress. I limit the number of wedding dresses to ensure every client gets the full attention they deserve.
Appointments can be arranged during the weekdays and Saturdays (look at opening hours). We will be flexible in accommodating your requirements as much as possible.
The first appointment will normally last about 45min. During this time, you will have some papers to complete, read and signed on this day. After signed will be this is your opportunity to discuss what you want to do, your requirements to your perfect wedding dress. It is advisable to bring your shoes with you that you will be wearing on your big day.
On this appointment you will have the opportunity to try your dress with all accessories what you bring. The dress it will be fitted to your actual body shape to see what work has to be done and what is your preference with the design.
The consultation service cost; £30 non-returnable fee is required to cover the cost of our meeting. The payment must be made on 24h from booking day via bank transfer.

The service is a one-off charge depending on the time left to collection.
